True Grit Performance offers multiple monthly training programs for Snocross athletes to elevate their career to the next level

THE SILVER PLAN:
Winter time physical training routines written by Jake Yurk to meet your specific needs.
Pre and post Snocross race weekend calls with Jake on strategy, take-aways, positives, concerns, etc.
Mental performance tips/routines.
Weekly progress check-in calls with Jake.
Nutrition tips for optimal performance and recovery.
Film analysis to improve skills on the track.
Seasonal plan. (December-April)
Must be 13 years of age or older.
