True Grit Performance offers multiple monthly training programs for Snocross athletes to elevate their career to the next level

THE SILVER PLAN:

  • Winter time physical training routines written by Jake Yurk to meet your specific needs.

  • Pre and post Snocross race weekend calls with Jake on strategy, take-aways, positives, concerns, etc.

  • Mental performance tips/routines.

  • Weekly progress check-in calls with Jake.

  • Nutrition tips for optimal performance and recovery.

  • Film analysis to improve skills on the track.

  • Seasonal plan. (December-April)

  • Must be 13 years of age or older.

Snocross/ Motocross fitness program
